Starting as the first full-time team member, I helped play role in this company's growth from startup with no steady revenue stream to achieving six-figure revenue in its first full year. By year two, earnings more than doubled, driven by ongoing improvements in efficiency and operations, which generated steady positive referrals and continued growth. The consistent enhancements in workflow created a need for additional personnel, leading to the hiring and training of new team members to maintain the growing demand. Along the way, I helped guide the company’s infrastructure upgrade, including the revamping of the pre-existing website, accompanied with tailored supplemental forms to accelerate and improve client intake, and the implementation of CRM systems and technology upgrades. These improvements streamlined client interactions and enhanced overall efficiency. This experience has reinforced a strong belief in the ability to replicate similar success and adapt strategies to new challenges and opportunities for growth.
